It is presented to members at the Annual General Meeting in October each year. The 2008 AGM will be held on Thursday 2nd October at 'View from the Top', 4th floor of Waterstone's, Bridlesmith Gate, Nottingham. The 2007 Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 4th October in the Sillitoe Room, View from the Top, 4th Floor, Waterstone's, Bridlesmith Gate, Nottingham.
