Visit to the David Wilson library at the University of Leicester

An opportunity to visit to the David Wilson Library at the University of Leicester, on Wednesday September 3rd from 2.00 - 4.30 p.m.

Come and see the result of the recently opened £27.9m remodelled Library designed to meet the highest level of the latest Building Research Establishments' Energy Assessment Method. Continuing the successful series of the Cilip UC&R East Midlands visits to new Library buildings, this half-day visit is aimed at providing professional library staff with the chance to learn more about the aims and objectives, construction and operation of the University of Leicester David Wilson Library.

There will be guided tour and an opportunity to ask questions and meet library staff.

A short AGM of the Cilip UC&R East Midlands Group will precede the event at 1.30, members are welcome to attend.
