Book your place using this application form. Any questions? What is the Jigsaw Discovery Tool? Increase personal effectiveness and transform business performance using neuroscience. The Jigsaw Discovery Tool is a unique behavioural profile tool which uses brain science to enhance personal effectiveness and increase the performance of the organisation. Unlike traditional profiling tools, there are no questionnaires forcing people into either/or choices. The Jigsaw Discovery Tool recognises that people can and do exhibit opposite behaviours, for example the way in which people behave at home is often very different from the way they behave at work. The Jigsaw Discovery Tool takes the learning beyond the point where many traditional tools stop. It answers the “so what”. People are not leftwondering how the learning can be used and because the Jigsaw Discovery Tool uses some of the latest evidence in brain science – the learning actually sticks. How will this help team work? Using the tool we will look at our own individual preferences and behaviours and then we will look carefully at what you know about your team members and what strengths and weaknesses need developing andwhat tools we need to do that. Often the only issue in teams is a lack of understanding of how we work within our different individual strengths. Using the tool we learn how to identify what is really causing problems in a relationship and how we can make strong connections by tailoring our actions and words to accommodate the personality styles of others.
